He is specialised in the development of total solutions for smart buildings, covering the areas of energy optimisation, air conditioning, intelligent control, and automation. His recent work brings agentic AI into the facility management industry. Enabling AI reasoning in FM, and extending (semi-)automation into fuzzy, long-tail problems.
